The Beauty Business Brunch (BBB) is the D.C. region’s annual conference for stylists, barbers, owners, & educators to connect, learn, and elevate their businesses together. Organized around the pillars of business, community, and innovation, BBB fosters the local beauty industry by bringing together professionals for workshops and interactive discussions centered on business, professionalism, and well-being.
Shadow Program
A DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) Community Initiative where Students, Hairstylists, and Barbers can search for Shadow-Hosting Salons and Barbershops to build community, find employment, and gain first-hand experience. The Shadow Program is in Beta and currently only available in DC, MD, & VA.
